  1. Introduction:

 

 

This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") that govern the relationship between Ftloshopping Ltd. ("Ftloshopping," "we," "us," or "our") and its affiliates, ambassadors, and influencers ("You" or "Your"). These individuals are considered self-employed and are not Ftloshopping employees.

By participating in any Ftloshopping affiliate, ambassador, or influencer programme (collectively, the "Programme"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Programme. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not participate.

 

 

  1. GDPR and Data Protection:

 

 

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), when collecting, using, and storing personal data in connection with the Programme.  

  • You must have a clear and concise privacy policy that explains how you collect, use, and disclose personal data.

  • You must obtain all necessary consent from individuals before collecting their personal data.

      

     

    1. AML and Anti-Bribery:

     

     

    • You are responsible for complying with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-bribery laws and regulations.

    • You will not engage in any activities that could be considered money laundering or bribery.

    • We adopt and carry out this process and activity for AML, bribery or any form of fraudulent suspicious activity which will be notified to the National Crime Agency (NCA).

     

     

    1. Indemnification:

     

     

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ftloshopping, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your participation in the Program.  

     

     

    1. Programme Participation:

     

     

    • You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Ftloshopping.

    • You are responsible for all costs associated with your participation in the Program, including marketing materials, equipment, and travel.

    • Ftloshopping reserves the right to approve or reject any application to participate in the Program at its sole discretion.

     

     

    1. Your Responsibilities:

     

     

    • You will promote Ftloshopping products and services in a professional and ethical manner.

    • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing activities.

    • You will disclose your relationship with Ftloshopping in all promotional content.

    • You will not make any false or misleading statements about Ftloshopping or its products and services.

    • You will not engage in any activities that could damage Ftloshopping's reputation.

     

     

    1. Content Ownership:

     

     

    • You retain ownership of any content you create in connection with the Programme.

    • However, you grant Ftloshopping a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

     

     

    1. Intellectual Property:

     

     

    Ftloshopping owns all intellectual property rights associated with its brand, logos, trademarks, and copyrights. You may not use any of Ftloshopping's intellectual property without its express written permission.

     

     

    1. Termination:

     

     

    Ftloshopping may terminate your participation in the Programme at any time for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your participation in the Program at any time.

     

     

    1. Disclaimer of Warranties:

     

     

    Ftloshopping makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Programme or the products and services it offers.

     

     

    1. Limitation of Liability:

     

     

    Ftloshopping will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Programme.

     

     

    1. Governing Law:

     

     

    These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and EU where applicable.

     

     

    1. Entire Agreement:

     

     

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ftloshopping regarding your participation in the Program.  

     

     

    1. Changes to Terms:

     

     

    Ftloshopping reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued participation in the Programme after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
